The final high fashion-ification of the reusable water bottle has arrived and, naturally, it has come in the form of the most coveted water vessel: the Stanley Cup.
The drinkware brand, best known for their bestselling Qencher Tumbler, announced this week the launch of a new, larger, water bottle called the Cross Bottle. The 23-ounce jug has all the defining features of its predecessors (stainless steel, temperature controlled) but is outfitted with a soft-woven jacquard strap for hands-free hydration.
And based on the aesthetic campaign imagery pegged to the launch announcement, Stanley is clearly looking to make it into a fashion statement. When strapped across the body, it looks more like a stylish purse than a way to quench one’s thirst.

Case in point: “Vogue” got the exclusive on the new bottle.

“We have a lot to carry—phone, keys, wallet, laptop, gym bag, shopping bags,” Stanley chief brand officer, Graham Nearn, told the fashion publication. “The Cross Bottle is the embodiment of how Stanley makes people’s lives easier through smart design. It’s the sweet spot in terms of providing enough water to take with you on the go while maintaining the integrity of a look.”
The Stanley Cross Bottle will officially launch on June 25, retailing for $75. And considering how fast their previous launches have sold out, particularly their limited-edition colorways and collaborations, you’ll want to snag one fast. (Lest, you’re okay with shelling out hundreds of dollars on resale sites like the Starbucks x Stanley collab that caused literal fist fights at Targets…yes, really).
But worry not: you still have time to buy the newest headline-grabbing reusable water bottle without getting physical. You can sign up for notifications on the Stanley website to be the first to know when it drops on June 25 at 12 p.m. ET.
The initial drop looks like it will only be available on the Stanley website but it will likely also arrive on retailers such as Target and Amazon shortly after. Check out the new Stanley Cross Bottle below:
